I use to never have problems at this place. I love the Dr they have there. She's very helpful and understanding. But, the office people are rude and slackers. The nurse never returns your call. She lacks alot . You can't get anyone to answer the phones.
I was seen on time and the staff were friendly and helpful. They saw me right away and she explained exactly what they were going to do to me. The Dr. came in quickly and he explained in easy to understand terms what we all would be working to achieve . I have never been to a dentist that didn’t hurt me at least a little. I did not have any pain when he gave me the shots to numb me not one bit of pain. No yanking on my face . No cracking or chips of bone or shards of broken tooth. It was great and I was so grateful for the excellent service that the Doctor and his Dental Tech gave to me today. I go here for both dental and medical needs. The dentist is the best I have ever had (I've had many) and the doctor(s) I have seen are excellent also. You can get an appointment easily and they listen to what you have to say
