Just like the previous review, I would give a 0 star if it was possible. When I say this is the worst HAMU I have ever experienced, I cannot begin to believe just how rude she is. Before signing the contract she was nice, but as soon as you sign and if there are any changes you want to make, she makes it the BIGGEST deal ever. It was the absolute worst experience ever. 0 if I could!! She is so rude and greedy!!! I booked a package with her and week before my event, she was hell bent on convincing me to update packages! Apparently her party look doesnt even include color corrector!! To get color corrector, you have to pay her minor bridal fee. She then went to the wrong hotel on the morning of my event despite being told numerous times what hotel it was- "Sonesta IAH", so how did she get to Galleria? Who knows... but she demanded an additional $85 to come to the correct location after which I decided I'm not interested in giving her my business. Beware, if you are not a bride don’t even bother making an appointment in advance because if a bride needs your chosen slot, it will be given to her without an apology and respect to your busy schedule. My sister scheduled her appointment 3 months in advanced in September to get her makeup and hairstyle done on Dec 17th. She was informed in October that her timing is conflicting with one of their brides’ schedules and instead 2-3pm it was preponed to 10-12pm. On Dec 6th Saniya informed my sister that again her bride schedule has changed and has been given my sister’s slot. She requested my sister to come at 9am from Austin if she needs their service.
