I first used Subcool when I had an emergency. He was down the street working on another house. I asked him to come down to my house when he was finished. Although, he was very busy, he accommodated me and came down to my house and fix my problem. His prices are reasonable.
I had him come back a second time when a different company installed my furnace wrong. Ben was quick to fine the problem and fix it. He is very knowledgeable and a really nice guy!
This was our first time with Subcool. Ben came to help us very promptly, even during a late hour, when other services were telling us to wait 3+ days to fix up our A/C during the peak of summer. Ben was courteous and did a thorough and professional job for a very reasonable price. We would rate Subcool more than 5 stars if we could.
Thank you so much for working so hard. This weekend to get everything done. And thank you that we were able to get our Air conditioner fixed. Especially, so it's so hot. We just want to say thank you.
