I have been coming here for several months now. I no longer go anywhere else and I wish I had found them sooner. They listen to my needs and customize the massage to target my problem areas. My daughter and I have also enjoyed a wonderful facial by TJ. I highly recommend them. This place is definitely a quiet peaceful retreat for your body and mind.

Tonja hands down is the best! I have been experiencing lower back pain for years and she was able to figure out what muscle was causing the pain and helped to release it. I was overcome with joy because I had been in pain for so long, and she was able to bring me relief! How she is both gentle and tough is really a skill!

I am a disable veteran and was referred to Serene Retreat Spa by my doctor at the Richmond VA Clinic. I recently received my second massage from Tonja. I am super anxious, nervous but when I first entered I felt pretty calm. The first massage was good, but I think I did not feel super comfortable. But by the second massage I could really trust Tonja to know what she is doing. She listened to me and focused on the areas that I needed most.
