I came here because of the great reviews, but I was disappointed. The groomer said my Maltipoo had too many tangles and had to be shaved, even though I brush her daily. When I picked her up, she looked completely different — almost like a Chihuahua. My poor baby is itchy, shaking and scratching her ears a lot because they cut her fur too short. I'm very angry about such cruel haircut. NEVER AGAIN.

I was charged $70 for a dog under 10bs, ONLY for a haircut that was choppy and not professional. According to the website dog receives wash and grooming. Unfortunately I only received a poor hair cut that was very much over priced.

I’ve taken my nervous Aussie to Javier twice now for a sani trim, and she looks great when I pick her up! I love having a groomer I can trust to understand and be patient with her.

This place is always busy and they never have time when you call or show up . Don’t waste your time with them . Customer service is bad !

My experience was wonderful. I think Tinker Bell loved it and we will definitely be coming back. Great customer service wonderful groom do recommend. Five stars. Very reasonable prices.

Javier thanks again for excellent service. Thanks for your patience in dealing with Pocket who was less than cooperative. I still remember the days when you would patiently bring my elderly dogs into your shop, so you could groom them. You never disappoint. Thanks so much for this quality of service at such a reasonable price.
