I have used Conditioned Air for years and they have always performed maintenance on my unit until last year when they installed a completely new system. I just had them out for maintenance and a technician pointed out that the vent pipe going to the outside of the roof was too close to the wood in my attic and was clearly burning the wood. He said I would need a roofer to come out to cut out some wood. It is clearly a fire hazard. I called the company the next day and pointed out that they had installed the new vent pipe a year ago and they said that they had just connected to the vent pipe going through my roof which they should have fixed or pointed out the problem... read full review
