Aimee Simington at Springtown health turned my life around. She let me know (bluntly cause I needed that)on my first visit that I needed to change my lifestyle which was weight, high blood pressure, bad sleep habits etc. in a year with her guidance and me saying whatever you say Aimee I’ve done it. I feel the best I’ve felt in a long time. So I definitely highly recommend Aimee and Springtown health to everyone I know.

I had a good experience with the nurse practitioner, Aimee. She was professional and kind and explained everything in detail. I like that they run bloodwork and labs right there in the office so I don’t have to go to a separate appointment for blood work. I also appreciated not having to wear a mask. My last doctor in Azle still made me wear a mask even in 2023.
