I have been going to this studio for 8 years. I do both Pilates and MELT on a regular basis. Going on 71 years of age, I feel better now than I did in my fifties. I have more stamina and no aches and pains like I did when I was younger. Dianne, my trainer is always finding new ways to teach me the right techniques to make sure my workouts will make me healthier and stronger. If you're tired of large, overcrowded classes and want an instructor that cares about form, safety, and getting an effective workout, then this is your place. The studio is immaculate with state-of-the-art equipment. You can also schedule through the "Mind Body" app, which makes it hugely convenient.

I have been doing Pilates with Diane Hennigan for years. She is so good at assessing where her clients are physically and taking them to the next level. I am an Olympic athlete and I workout alongside all types and ages in her classes, and yet everyone of us leaves the workout having been pushed to a new level. Diane is constantly taking us through new and different workouts and she stays up-to-date on the newest methods.
