It was my first time here, unsure what I was about to walk into because everything I know was based off pictures of the place. Honestly, my best fitness class concept I've ever seen being able to limit yourself from not doing a full hour of spin, moving into strength training, and then yoga was the perfect balance. Had amazing instructor Hilary that walked me through everything in the beginning. Got me set up on my bike and helped me understand what to expect. 10/10 recommend! I got an amazing workout, and I don't feel like I was killing myself over it, which is amazing
I signed up for a class on a whim. Very intense I underestimated the second portion of the class! Whew!The gym is very clean and organized. The trainers and staff are very nice and welcoming as well.
Went in after 4 years, they’re under new management and having amazing promos. I love the 20-20-20 format. The intensity of each block makes it feel much longer, I truly feel I get more out of this than I would in a 60 minute spin or strength session.I highly recommend Spenga. Facility is clean and well maintained. Parking surprisingly was easy to find on the street.
