Sebastian was awesome!!!!!!!

I have used a lot of a/c companies and I have never had one measure up to Total Comfort. I came to them in a mess. The company I had hired to install a Trane system for me did a less than good job and then when it came time for spring/fall maintenance, they were long gone not to mention the fact that as part of my new system, the new evaporator coil they put in sprung a leak. I think the company I used to install it sold out to another company who doesn't even service Trane systems. The person I spoke to at Total Comfort told me that the installer must fix it with no charge to me because it was under warranty. Well, they couldn't fix it if they can't get Trane parts anymore and I didn't even know where the owner was since I couldn't find him. I asked if Total Comfort would come and fix it if I paid for any service charges as the coil itself was still under warranty. They sent out a young man by the name of Sebastian who is the nicest a/c man I have ever had in my home. Sebastian is very knowledgeable and explains everything he is doing as he goes. I love that guy. How I regret finding Total Comfort after the fact but they have fixed everything the previous company did wrong (and more) and pleasantly so. I am not part owner of this company nor had never heard of them until I found them after the fact of me choosing a bad company to install it. I got on their maintenance agreement right away and have been so happy with their service. They are the kind who always goes the extra mile. My experience with them has been wonderful. They find and fix problems I didn't even know I had with no charge after my bad experience and me turning everything over to them. Thank you, Total Comfort. I had to learn the hard way just how good you are. I HIGHLY recommend Total Comfort! If you choose them, you won't have to hire another company afterwards to fix what they messed up like I did with the first company.

Craig was instrumental in scheduling my appointment and informed me that the website was incorrect which was why I wasn't getting a call back. Once we cleared that up, I was seen within a few days. Sebastian was the technician that identified that my unit required a new compresser and it was covered under the warranty. Once the part arrived, he installed it and Craig confirm all went well. I had Total Comfort install the entire unit in 2013. I never had any issues until the compresser went out. Not something that happens frequently. Could have been attributed to a power surge. Sebastian was very informative and explained in layman's terms. The Trane air-conditioner unit I purchased was a large unit and I feel so grateful for Total Comfort,'s support after the sale! I recommend this to everyone! Another satisfied customer!
