I have been asking Gladis to cut my hair for over a year now. All my service experiences have been perfect! She is attentive and kind and very gentle and accurate with her hands when cutting my hair. I also had hair coloring and shampoo done today. As has always been true, the experience I had was perfect for me. She is very capable, very attentive, and very intent on providing an excellent haircut experience. By the way, again, for me, I want to provide a tip for her the best I can, because, well, I know the difference between good customer service, and excellent attention and care when getting my hair cut. I just wanted to give Gladis at the louetta store some appreciation for her hard work. Since the year 2021, she has been the one to cut my hair. She never fails to meet my expectations, and provides great suggestions for different styles. The outcome is always amazing. Many thanks to gladis.
I would give 5 stars , the staff is super super friendly and honest joy to be around. I got my haircut for the 1st time in 2 years and asked for them to not cut the length off but add layers and bangs. I walked in with my hair to the lower back and walked out to it being between my shoulder blades. Definitely was super upset seeing this but knew the damage has already been done .
