I originally found Sevier through my home warranty. They installed a new unit several years ago & I have used them for annual a/c & furnace checks since then. Today, Russell was my technician. He is experienced & very nice. He is the first person to understand why water is dripping & ruining my ceiling downstairs. Russell told me the approx repair cost & offered some DIY options that will help. I will request Russell from now on!

I had an excellent experience with Sevier Climate Control. After another company immediately recommended replacing my entire HVAC system, Sevier took a completely different approach. Rather than jumping straight to replacement, my technician took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem, explain what was happening, and successfully repair my unit.
During the repair, he also noticed that my outdoor condenser coil was extremely dirty from years of being under an oak tree. Instead of using that as an opportunity to sell me a new system, he recommended a condenser coil cleaning as preventative maintenance and explained how keeping the coil clean can help the system...read full review
