This studio and its owner, Hanif, are fantastic. I have been attending classes for more than a year, and enthusiastically recommend them for people of all ages and abilities. I am in my late 50s and had a smattering of yoga experience through previous classes and YouTube videos, but Hanif’s approach and attention to individual needs and abilities have made Rising Hearts my yoga home, and I am so grateful for it.Specific aspects that I appreciate include:- In-studio and Zoom classes (concurrent); being on-site and in-person is my favorite way to attend, but the live Zoom classes are terrific when traveling or otherwise unable to attend in person- Attendees ranging from...read full review

A very peaceful class with a thorough teacher. In the past I have taken very "modern" yoga classes, but this time I wanted to go deeper and build an independent practice. Hanif teaches his students to do just that. He is patient and kind, and I'm enjoying his classes very much.
