Over the last 3 years, Red Star has performed exceptionally. From installation of multiple a/c units to month-to-month maintenance, they have been great. Andrew has recently helped us and has been an awesome resource of knowledge for our home cooling requirements.

I was referred to Red Star Cooling & Heating by Carrier. The service I received was amazing. I am currently selling my house and needed my AC serviced. Not only did Drew service my AC quickly, but he also explained to me some basic equipment care practices I could implement to prolong the life of my equipment. I didn't feel like I was going to be told anything to get money and that really made a difference. I definitely appreciate being able to get next day service. Customer service was amazing as well! All around A plus!
