“A week ago Saturday around midnight I was attempting to remove a water hose from an outside spigot. It had a crimp near the coupling and when I tried to back it out the crimp gave way and it started leaking/spraying. “We were very happy with all aspects of working with JD Precision Plumbing Service from our initial phone call to the finished job. An underground leak from our water well to our house had lowered the water pressure in the house. This was the third time this fitting had leaked. We called Monday morning around 11 am. A very courteous and helpful person (sorry, can't remember name) answered the phone, quickly understood what we needed and set up an appointment for between 12 and 4.

Austin arrived at our place sometime between 12:30 and 1 pm. He was very kind to our over-enthusiastic Labrador retriever. :)
Austin assessed the problem and let us know what he recommended for a permanent fix. He installed an extra fitting and replaced the two leak-prone screw-on fittings with a better connection. He brought the lines up to the surface and set it up so that we could have options on which lines to turn off without shutting off the water to our entire system.

“I can’t say enough positive things about Plumb Perfect in Spring, TX. Recently, one of my pipes was eaten away by a rat, which caused the pipe to burst. My ceiling in that room crashed and the water poured throughout the house. Believe it or not, insurance doesn’t pay for the plumbing job. That was on me. Thank goodness, I found Plumb Perfect! They sent two wonderful men who got the pipe fixed as soon as the rodent situation was solved. Since then, they’ve fixed a minor leak and replaced my dead garbage disposal with a new one. Lou came out and quickly assessed the issue and was descriptive of everything taking the time to explain what was wrong and wrote it down (I was selling my house, and it was leaking at the meter and determined it was from my neighbor's side). Asked if he had additional time to look at another issue and quickly changed out 2 outdoor spigots (both were rusted - 1 had a leak and the other I had to cut off the hose end I couldn't remove during winter).
