North American roofing's customer service, punctuality, work quality, and pricing was unbeatable. Alex walked us through the entire process full of knowledge and patience as we navigated a full roof replacement. He present all options available to us and guided us to the right choice for our budget and schedule. 10/10

Alex did everything he said he was going to do. After inspecting our roof he helped us navigate an insurance claim. He met with the inspector, filed all forms needed. His crew showed up when he said they would and the job was completed. He then followed up, helped with filing forms and submitted photos and proof of payment so that we could get our reimbursement. Thoroughly enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a new roof.

Alex was always responsive, answered all my questions, and took care of providing the roof replacement documentation to my insurance company.
