Juan from New Gen helped us install a water softener system in our house. The scheduling and quoting process is very straightforward and transparent. They usually respond to inquiries promptly. All the staff we've chatted with are very friendly. We are happy with the installation - Juan and his assistant did a great job, will recommend their service to others!
Came within the promised time. Very friendly, but I was hesitant to the price. Although I did not get as much discount as I pleaded, but the customer service made up the difference.
I found New Gen Plumbing on Angi and selected them due their high rating. Well the rating was well deserved. They contacted me the same day and scheduled a FREE consultation. I was scared they were going to tell me I needed a new wyd heater but they didn’t. Thank goodness! I have a tankless water heater they simply needed to be descaled. Sixto did a great job and I’m back in business with a plan to keep using them going forward. Sixto even gave me some pointers on my water filtration system the day would help the overall performance and efficiency of my water heater. Much appreciated. I highly recommend!!!
