Unfortunately in July I had a washer overflow on a Sunday night and I called Houston Restore Pros. They arrived within the hour and begin working on the mitigation immediately. They were very professional and reassuring as they went through the process. I want to thank Joyce for understanding as we dealt with the insurance company and also grateful for Issac and Frank with reconstruction. All the workers with the pack in and out were so helpful and professional. I 100% recommend Houston Restore Pros and I think they are a great example to use a local and family owned business.Service: Flood restoration
Houston Restore pros did a great job for us. Our kitchen flooded and their response time was 40 minutes. They immediately cleared out the water, put out fans and heaters to dry the areas up. I would highly recommend them.Services: Flood restoration
