My Insurance company, USAA, recommended Houston Restore Pros to handle the water damage in my home. They showed up immediately after I called. They made a thorough examination of the house and identified all areas where there was any dampness. All areas where sheetrock, floors, and cabinets were impacted were removed They brought in huge fans to dry out frame and slab This was checked every day. Once the dampness was gone, the team came in to begin reconstruction. Ben was a great leader in making sure things were done in a timely and professional manner. In many cases, the workmanship was much better than the original. Ben was very patient with me in making replacement choices. Rather than having mismatching wood floors, Ben replaced all the wood floors. Items were packed up and moved out of the way for repairs. When they were returned, they were put back exactly where they were before. I did not expect this but Ben had his crew clean all areas of the house and replaced air filters that may have had dampness and/or dust from construction. Throughout the process, I was treated with kindness and respect from Ben and his workers. This is something rarely seen. I went thru a home flooding almost 2 years ago and seems like yesterday. HRP was amazing everyone who worked on my home was professional and answered all my questions. The teams priority was to get my family back home and that they did. The knowledge they had to deal with my home insurance was truly a blessing as I did not know where to start.
