We’ve been using Hal Watson since we bought our home 3 years ago. Their technicians and customer service are great. Very responsive to our AC and heating needs. Highly recommend them.

My neighbor across the street recently used Hal Watson AC and recommended them when our AC went out. I placed a call with their answering service around 7p. By 9p we had their service tech - Jeff (maybe Justin?) - who was friendly and got right to the problem. He identified a busted capacitor right away, replaced the equipment, went over the charges with me and checked my freon levels while he was here. In and out within less than 20 min and very friendly and professional.We hope to have AC by morning!

I had an issue with my ac this weekend. I called them to make an emergency call. 2 men came out and got to work. They quickly identified the problem and fixed it. When it was done they explained exactly what was wrong and how they fixed it. I really wish I had gotten their names. They were professional and efficient. I’m super happy with Hal Watson. They are my go to HVAC company. From dispatch, to techs, on call techs, and sales, everyone has been professional and knowledgeable. I could recommend them enough.Service: A/C system repair
