Tommy was the best. He cleaned the outside ac unit and made sure the HVAC system was clean and balanced the zones and gave me knowledge about our system. Very satisfied with his work. Excellent experience.

We have been Hal Watson members for years and have never regretted it. This month, our upstairs AC went out due to rats chewing through wires. They came out promptly and assessed the situation, then came back the next day and fixed it. Our NEST thermostat had shorted out, and they offered to provide us with a new thermostat free of charge. Their tech, Zaccari Bigley, was a pleasure to work with and really knew his stuff.
