Worked with company President Bryan Guthrie for my garage project. Went to his office while I was deciding who to use. Got to shake his hand and see the facility. I was very impressed with both Bryan and the company. I’m sure my 1,100 sq ft garage is small compared to most of his projects, but it’s big to me. The process was simple from start to finish. He kept me informed all along the way. I threw in a few design changes during the planning and he incorporated them without a problem. All aspects of the construction were handled by Bryan: foundation; soil engineering survey; 10 bell bottom piers; permits; construction; wind storm engineering and inspections; insulation; and clean-up. The costs were known upfront and included in the contract. The only cost of the project that was not immediately known upfront was the dirt work needed for site prep. He recommended Kenny King, KGW Dirt Work, and I used him. That was a great choice. Kenny quoted a fair price for leveling the loads of fill-dirt he estimated the site needed. He was able to get the area ready with 1 less load. Reduced the price several hundred from the agreed upon price. Great guy to work with. I highly recommend Guthrie Steel Buidlings. Randy Barnett
Just got finished with an awesome 6 door 30' x 60' Guthrie metal garage building. Bryan Guthrie did a great job start to finish. I interviewed all of the local builders of both metal framed and wood framed buildings with metal exteriors before I picked Guthrie and I am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend considering them for your project!
