Visiting on business and needed laundry facilities to accommodate extended travel. I was immediately greeted by the most kind, sincere and refined woman by the name of Patricia. Patricia truly made my experience special. She helped me navigate the whole process of obtaining a card, purchasing detergent and running the machines. This wasn’t just my experience, and I could see her ensuring all customers needs were met in a kind and personal manner. Patricia even helped exercise my French language that I have missed and clearly needed practice on. Our home washer broke, cloths accumulate quick! Needed a good, clean, safe place to come to laundry. Ms Lauren was extremely helpful in explaining the process and even suggesting which machines to use for our needs. The Mega washers are really big, fit a ton in them. Great experience!

Rose was amazing at helping figure everything out. I will definitely be coming back. She was very informative of how I separate and which machines I should I put what in. I felt very comfortable.
