Patricia truly made my experience special. She helped me navigate the whole process of obtaining a card, purchasing detergent and running the machines. This wasn’t just my experience, and I could see her ensuring all customers needs were met in a kind and personal manner. Patricia even helped exercise my French language that I have missed and clearly needed practice on. We shared a beautiful moment together, folding laundry, sharing life stories and I felt as if I was there with my own mother folding laundry. Patricia made me feel like I was right at home.
