My son has been seeing an Occupational Therapist for about two years now with
This company. I just want to take this time to give her , her flowers. Ms Lauren you are amazing. My son Rowan’s progress since being under your care is outstanding. This young lady has a true passion for caring and educating children Autism. She has a very gentle spirit, she’s very attentive and patient but most importantly , she Cares!
I’m am thankful for her indeed. If you are looking for someone to trust with your child, she’s the one. Thank you :)

Do not choose this company if you want any kind of communication with the office staff. My patient gets OT. Two weeks ago the therapist informed myself and the patient's mom that they were leaving the company. Flash forward to today which was supposed to be the therapist's last day. The therapist called to inform us the company had accidentally placed all her patients on hold a day early. Not one time since the therapist gave notice has anyone from the office reached out to coordinate with anyone in the patient's home. So now the patient has no therapist and we have no idea if the office is even trying to find a new one. Pathfinder, your treatment of patients and blatant lack of respect or concern is shameful!

I have used this company for years for my son's incontinence supplies. Until the last year,they were a well oiled machine, my shipments arrived on time and I never had to do much to keep the process moving. Over the last year I have had missed and incorrect shipments, I have struggled to get paperwork completed because they did not communicate the need to me, I have communicated with them and made requests which they still messed up after more than one phone conversation, and when I asked to speak to a manager about the situation I was put off and my phone call was not returned.
