Hill Country Tree Co. provides professional tree services across San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. Customers report great experiences with the company. The team went above and beyond with landscaping projects, keeping constant contact and getting quotes within a day. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to trees, shrubs, plants, and landscaping design, recommending the right products and layout. The entire team worked hard to bring dream yards to life, with attention to detail and gorgeous final results. For privacy reasons, tree installations were exceptional, with top notch communication. Installers called when they were an hour out and close by, helping to ensure the best location for planting. They were incredibly nice and easy to talk to. One crew carefully moved a 9ft live oak from a utility line mess to a more appropriate spot, saving potential foundation and plumbing nightmares. They backfilled with appropriate plants and smaller trees. Another customer had three trees installed that look fantastic and healthy. Installers were respectful of property, with fantastic communication, keeping customers informed of everything planned and completed. The company was very responsive, providing a picture before tree delivery. The crew was professional and went the extra mile.
Great service, fair pricing. I had three trees installed and Emmad was quick to respond to any questions I had along the way. Nathan did a great install job, friendly and knowledgeable. The trees were full and healthy. Overall an easy experience.
Emmad and his team went above and beyond with my landscaping project. Previously, I had a hard time getting quotes and communicating with other landscapers, but Emmad kept in constant contact with me, got me a quote within a day, and was incredibly patient with all of my indecisiveness throughout the process.
Not only that, but he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to trees, shrubs, plants, and landscaping design, and he was able to recommend the right products and layout for exactly what I needed. We just had an amazing experience with this company. We had three trees installed for privacy reasons and Nathan and Jaylin were exceptional. The communication was top notch. They called when they were an hour out, called when they were close by and then helped to ensure the location we selected to plant the trees would be the best. Not only was the communication top notch, Nathan and Jaylin were so incredibly nice and easy to talk too. Highly, highly recommend this company and if you can, ask for Nathan and Jaylin to do your install - you won't be disappointed.
