Whistle Stop Cleaners receives excellent reviews for their work on laundry and dry cleaning. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming, with customer service rated a 5/5. The starch is done perfectly, everything is always done on time, and the store is always clean. One customer had a king size duvet cover with a broken zipper. The cleaners did everything they could to make the customer happy, allowing them to bring in a zipper to get it replaced. They went above and beyond, are very polite, and customers will always use them over other cleaners.
Excellent work on everything I’ve had laundered and dry cleaned there. Staff is always pleasant and welcoming.
I’m not sure why some folks gave bad reviews, but some people are happy only when they’re unhappy.
I love this place! I have been a regular for about 2 years now and they are fantastic. Customer service is a 5/5, the starch is done perfectly, everything is always done on time and the store is always clean!
I dont know how this place isn't a 5 star business. I had a king size duvet cover that the zipper broke on. I brought my item to the cleaners and from the get go my item was trouble. Whistle stop cleaners did everything they could to make me a happy customer. At first they couldn't find a zipper large enough to replace the broken zipper. Instead of just telling me no we can't do it because we can't find a zipper, they allowed me to bring the zipper I wanted in order to get it replaced. These people went above and beyond! I'm very satisfied 😍 I will always use them over other cleaners. They are very polite!!!!!
