I am writing a note to express my feelings about your hair salon. I'll start with the good things. I have enjoyed knowing Hailey, she is a wonderful person and a great hairstylist. Now the negatives: after calling the salon several times to make an appointment, my call was ignored and never returned. I called on another number and the call was returned but I missed it. I assume that I am no longer a valued customer, which is just fine with me, as Houston has a plethora of good salons. I've noticed that your salon seems to be geared toward young blonde clients. Called on a Saturday morning to see if they had time for a walk-in. They were able to fit me in even though they were very busy. The staff was all very friendly, the salon is very clean and cute! Debra cut my hair and did a wonderful job, she even showed me how to style my new curtain bangs! Her daughter also works there and helped teach her mom how to cut my curtain bangs! It was cute and such a good family atmosphere!

My new favorite hair salon! I showed my hair stylist some reference pictures of what I would like and she was the first of many to give her opinion on the best hairstyles for my face shape! That was a big deal to me because I didn't know what my face shape was or how any of the haircuts would look on me. One happy customer!! My hair feels so soft and light. I will be going back for color later.
