“If you’re in need of an amazing tile expert, Old West Restoration is by far the best in all of Houston! I own a small cleaning business and a few of my employees accidentally damaged a client’s tile by using the wrong chemical. After calling our insurance and them telling us they would not cover the accident, we began our search to find a confident person or company who could fix it. Surprisingly, there were a lot of people and big companies who did not know how to repair the tile. I had one company tell me to put dirt on the tile and let it sit for a week and that would work. Crazy right??? Everybody had a different solution, none of which restored the tile to its original color and texture. After a long 4 months of trying out different methods, we were fortunate enough to be matched with Tony. Tony immediately knew what to do and how he said he would fix it matched with reputable tile restoration articles. Tony came out that same week and fixed in 3 hours what was taking us 4 months plus to try to figure out. He is an expert in what he does and restored not only the color, but as well as the texture of the tile.
