I am giving you five stars even though I had almost no contact with the service man and I have never received or been told of the condition of my valve. I can only assume that the city was okay with your report. I would encourage you to have more contact with your customers in order to keep everyone informed. This is something I picked up after about 50 years of contruction as a builder.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm in an old house, no telling how many problems. He took care of the most immediate issues without pressing me to spend thousands fixing things that can wait until later.
