Nectar Flow Yoga was the first studio I visited where I felt completely accepted and like I belonged.In a society where physical activity is often considered a "no pain, no gain" undertaking, Casie creates a culture of self awareness and reflection. She reminds us that it's up to each of us to decide what's good for our bodies in each moment and that we know ourselves best.Casie and the instructors at her studio offer challenging postures as well as restful postures in the vinyasa flow classes. They remind us that we can take a restful pose whenever we need and that we can find our edge when we feel called, too.No matter what posture I take or class I attend, I feel supported....read full review

Excited to find this yoga studio so close to my home. Instantly felt welcomed by the instructors and students. So many offerings and look forward to experiencing some of the retreats in the future.

I was fortunate enough to find this awesome Texas hill country studio back in 2017. My 15 year yoga practice has not only deepened, but I have made some beautiful, lasting friendships in this laid back and authentic yoga community that Casie lovingly built. I have taken classes all over for many years, and she is one of the very best teachers I’ve ever experienced! I have learned so much from her and know that I will continue to do so. So grateful for Nectar Flow…there’s truly something for everyone here. One of the most welcoming studios you will find hands down.
