Dr. Koogler is described as the best eye doctor, brilliant, wonderful with children, and easy to speak with. He and the staff are caring, kind, helpful, and have taken care of entire families for many years, with some patients for nearly 25 years. They use cutting-edge technology for vision tests and to monitor eye health. The whole office staff, from the front desk to the optometrist, is absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond for patients. They take time to explain procedures, answer questions, and help select glasses. The office offers extended hours for convenience. Patients feel extremely valued, report effective solutions to any issues, and highly recommend the practice, earning customers for life.
I just had an eve exam with Dr. Koogler and I can't say enough our his professionalism, kindness, and what a comprehensive eye exam he provided. Dr.Koogler, Kim and their whole staff have been like family to us. We have been patients for nearly 25 years and they have always been available, caring and kind.
