About a week ago my glasses fell into a sad state, resulting in one earpiece being bent out of shape by about 30 degrees—completely unwearable. I thought they were most likely beyond repair, but I called a company that had great reviews about the man who did repairs. Unfortunately, when I called, I learned that he was no longer with the company and that at present there was no one who could help me. I called two other places to be told that they did do eyeglass repairs, but only for their own customers. The I called MyEyeDr. In Southlake. Laurie, the eyewear consultant, is absolutely amazing—I’ve been coming here for years, and she has always treated me like more than just a patient. She genuinely makes you feel like family. It was also my first time seeing Dr. Cramer, and I was really impressed. He was thorough, personable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. And on top of that, the new office looks fantastic!
