This is a price review. Two articles of clothing, a cashmere sweater and a pair of pants. I was charged $34. $19 for the sweater and $11 for the pants, plus tax. There are dry cleaners on every corner. I’ll try a different one.

First time customer attempt and was told it would take 5 days to launder a few shirts and pants because they have the cleaning system in their shop shut down for COVID…this is April 2022. Went down the street to a different place and can get it done next day.

Hey folks this is Texas. When one sends his/her jeans to be dry cleaned that means they are to be pressed with creases. Come on people, did you grow up in California? Get your act together. I even put a note in the pickup bag noting that the jeans should be creased. Now I have to waste time taking the items back to the store to be done properly.This may be a wake up call for me to find a different vender as $9.59 per pair (including PU/delivery) is still excessive.Service: Delivery
