This was my first botox experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain and educate (which is important to me) without me having to even ask! It left me with just a few answered questions because I am that person who asked a million questions in Crazy scenarios LOL they followed up with me and made sure my experience was nothing short of amazing. Will be a long time customer and recommend to all they are phenomenal!

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Pure Indulgence. The cleanliness, professionalism of the staff, knowledge, and true passion and care really shows. Nikki treated me and really took her time to explain the procedure and post op care instructions. She even followed up to check on how I was doing a few days after the treatment.
