“Customer service was great and everyone was friendly, but I’m disappointed with the quality. I got my nails done on Friday 5/1/26 and by Monday 5/4/26, two gems had already fallen off. For $150, I expected them to last much longer.

Updating my review as of Tuesday 5/5/26: After my initial experience, the manager Devin reached out to me and was absolutely amazing. He offered to have me come back in to fix my nails, and I did. He was very kind, made me feel comfortable, and truly made things right. I really appreciate the effort and great customer service. Because of that, I’m updating my rating to 5 stars.“

“My experience @ U.S. Dermatology Partners Houston Clear Lake was great. I was taken to a treatment room actually earlier than my appointment time. Dr. K. visited with me after a few minutes, took care of some problems, and I was on my way. Perfect visit!“

“Wonderful place! My first time getting lashes was actually a nightmare at another salon just 2 days ago, and I ended up needing them removed. Lash Spa was able to fit me in, carefully remove the bad set, and made me feel comfortable enough to trust them to do a new set. I’m so glad I did! The staff was professional, patient, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My lashes came out beautiful, and I’m beyond happy with the results.
