They replaced 2 tubs for us. Excellent work, price, communication w kindness. Took great care not to damage anything. As we had just had entire home painted. Phillip Johnson found great tubs at a great price for us. They even worked w us w our tile guy.

This company has absolutely gone above and beyond to make sure our HVAC system is working properly. We are a difficult scenario having a home that needed to be gutted due to mold and they have been a breath of fresh air to work with. They communicate well, they stand by what they say they’ll do, they educate us on what is being done, & they have shown up swiftly when we needed to tweak the brand new units. I can’t recommend them enough. Honest. Kind. I am beyond impressed !

After my Mother's recent death, I got a referral to Air-Care SE from a friend of my Mom. The friend has been using Air-Care for many years and raved about them. So I called and explained that I needed to have them fix the A/C in my Mom's house, but I was on a tight schedule. They gave me the appointment time I asked for and were actually a couple minutes early, to my pleasant surprise. The technician (Rick) was courteous, professional, and had the system diagnosed and repaired within a couple hours. They only charged me for the one part they used, plus coolant, and labor. I do not hesitate to recommend Air-Care Southeast to anyone in the area needing A/C work. If I lived closer to their service area, they would be the only ones I would call. I had a small misting water leak in my garage . So was recommended by my brother n law. This was on a Wednesday so I could still get a quick shower and flush the toilet and then turn off the water at the meter. I set an appointment between 12:00 -1:00 with this company and waited and waited until 6:00 pm . His name was P.J. He messed around with it for 2 hours only to make it worse! Now it's flooding out! No more showers or flushes! He said he was going to report it back to the company and they will contact me with a quote on pricing. Never heard anything back from the company so I had to call them . They gave me ( Ryan) and he told me that they can't come back until Monday, I told him my situation that I'm on social Security and would have to borrow the money from my sister. He told me not to worry that he'll give me the best price possible. So ( Ryan ) gave me appointment for 9:30 Monday. ( So I had no water on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday! thanks to P.J. ) I waited until 10:30 and called Ryan again and he told me that he forgot to schedule me!! So it would be later that day . Finally arrived around noon they were eating lunch in my driveway. They tried to fix the leak but showed me what needed to be done. Had to call Ryan again and told him about my situation and problem. He said don't worry about it it's going to be fine and I still told him that I'm living on social Security and I will have to borrow the money! It needed a new water heater so I agreed . They came back on Tuesday and started to work on the leak and replaced the water heater. But they forgot their hose so they used mine. I went to lunch around a hour and came back and they were still draining the water heater because they didn't have a pump either!!! It took them about two hours just to drain the tank!! After that it seemed like it only took them 45 minutes to hook up the new water heater and lines . They finished and left and now I get a bill that I signed with P.J. that only states what needs to be done! But never got a quote from Ryan or the company! Now they want $3430.39 to fix a leak and replace the hot water heater! I WOULD HAVE PASS ON THIS IF RYAN WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THE TOTAL AMOUNT!

Their team responded to my emergency call promptly and had a technician, Rick Holgin, at my doorstep within an hour. Rick was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to restore my cooling system. They even provided tips on regular maintenance to keep my A/C running smoothly.
