Went to Ulta for my daughter’s birthday gift, but unfortunately they didn’t have the birthday gift available that day. That was a little disappointing, especially since it was her birthday.
Nevertheless, everyone was very helpful, kind, and did what they could to assist us. I always appreciate good customer service, even when things don’t go exactly as planned.

These place always smells so good from the moment I walk in. The employees here are super nice and help and are willing to help you pick the best product for yourself or someone else.
