Normally this place is fine but I’m sitting here waiting on my haircut and your stylist, Cassie just refused to help a blind man sign in for a haircut. She literally didn’t even bother to look at him while he was trying to figure out what to do when she just kept telling him to “sign in to the computer.”
The guy was blind. It’s 1:20pm 5/2/2024. Check your cameras. That was some of the scummiest customer service I’ve ever witnessed.
