This place saved my life. I say that after 15 years of being in and out of other centers in the fancy DFW area and coming out the worse for it inwardly, but beaten into submission for a while, at best. It wasn’t but for chance that I wound up here, and I honestly thank God for that chance happening, so much. 💕
The people I was inside with were so kind and brave about their situations, as well as generally kind/sociable/happier due to the incredible warmth/professional conduct of the nurses, the techs, the MDs, social workers and counseling staff. This place is great. The staff and the patients were awesome. I didn’t feel like I needed to go in there at first, but once I was there for a few days and even toward the end, I realize that I really did need to be there. And I just had a great time. Honestly, I met some great people staff and patients alike and I almost wanna go back. I absolutely love the place. It was really awesome. And I know that’s surprising to hear about a behavioral health center, but it’s true. It was a really awesome experience and I really did need it.
