Great selection and quality carpet! Kevin was very patient with me during my selection process with our carpet and padding. We love how our carpet feels! We just had our upstairs family room carpeted by the team at the Robert's Carpet in Shenandoah Texas. The store manager, Kevin was very helpful and patient throughout our decision process. Additionally, we have a new, large sectional couch in this family room which required a lot of TLC. Kevin informed the team of Sebastion and his partner about this couch and Kevin even came by the morning of the installation to be sure there were no issues. The installation was professional and looks wonderful! We couldn't be more pleased at the carpet choice or using Robert's carpet!

My mother is 80 years old and has relied on this business for flooring in three different homes over several decades. After installing carpet in the second floor of her condo, the crew discarded all of the old carpet and padding on the lawn, crushing plants and angering neighbors. A pair of elderly women managed to drag the heavy rolls under a carport. After many phone calls and "we're on our way" promises, the carpet is still there five days later. The Homeowners Association is issuing warnings to my mom. Avoid Roberts's Carpet and Fine Floors unless you are willing to endure a FINE MESS such as this.
