Kelsey Seybold makes it very convenient to be seeing at their facilities. They have their own specialist, pharmacy, lab and not to mentioned other services. The Doctors are caring and understanding they take the time to listen and address any health concern issues. Love this place

Dr. Chitra Poonkuran is a superb physician. She took extra-time to explain the benefits of behavioral therapy to treat insomnia, hygiene measures and prescribed a drug that will help while I work towards sleep whithout pills.

My partner and I have been going to Kelsey-Seybold for well over a decade. My partner has Kelsey's Medicare Advantage plan. I hear folks complain about Medicare Advantage plans (they are confusing), but Kelsey has literally been a lifesaver for him. We both have seen so many doctors over the years. Nearly all have provided a high quality of care. My only complaint with Kelsey is that they should have a dedicated psychiatric department like Kaiser in California. But that may be a Texas thing where mental health is clearly a very low priority. Some doctors are better than others, but when I didn't like someone, I picked someone else. They have a large selection of specialists. Now which insurance company you get Kelsey through matters. But I'll do a separate review of Aetna (who is the absolute worst insurance company). We have experienced several of the Kelsey facilities and we find all of them excellent. My general view in life is that if you're nice to folks they are usually nice back. We highly recommend Kelsey-Seybold.
