Avanti has been, by far, the most professional and structured Senior Living community that I have worked with. I have worked with 4 Senior Living communities. The management and staff truly care about the Seniors and their community. No place is perfect, but I promise you that everyone here will do what it takes to make it right and make sure it is corrected and a plan is in place. Our Executive Director, Valerie, is hands on with our team and our residents and makes sure that everything is running smoothly and the residents are being cared for. Do NOT put anyone you know at this facility!!!!! Over promised and not delivered services. The ED and Director of Nursing as well has the Financial person should all be fired.

This is a horrible place to work. My daughter was there for a little over 1 week, and her supervisor kept telling her they were "having an issue" with the payroll system and to just keep track of her hours so she could be paid. When she found out that a coworker had been told the same thing for MONTHS and had never seen a paycheck, she quit on the spot.
