“Monumental Service ~About six months ago, I injured my shoulder assisting some movers who were understaffed. While I know it was foolish, the $125 an hour they were charging had me hopping on and off trucks to move things I shouldn’t have. After the move, and when the adrenaline had worn off, I noticed severe pain in my right shoulder and left hand.I reached out to the Veterans Administration and requested something for the pain. After an emergency appt, I was provided with Lidocaine patches, but that only provided temporary relief.After a few more weeks of excruciating pain, the VA finally referred me to Momentum Physical Therapy. While I thought PT was the wrong answer, I reluctantly went and met my Provider. Dr. Will was understanding and made me feel like a valued patient. He assessed my injuries and provided insight on my healing. As a Soldier, I faced many injuries, but this felt different and I wondered if 10 appts really could help me.Well with my first intake completed, I trusted the process and enjoyed our conversations, laughs, and when he would say “Meoowwwwww” to remind me to get on the table and do my Cat Pose to stretch out my shoulders. He was thorough with my exercises and didn’t let me off the hook when I whined about how heavy my 2 pound weight was that I called “the brick ”.I laugh a bit now because I’m free and not meeting them at 0700 or 0900 in the cold. Yes, I do miss the team, Will walking around from station to station and “his assistant, aka office manager, Aka the smiles of the office “ ( bad with names sorry ) but she always reminded me of my apts.Well it’s been two weeks Post PT and I just pumped some barbells! Success!! I thank them for their professionalism, their care of the veterans and just for being overall great people. Of note, I saw some students come through during my healing, if they can learn half of his knowledge as PT providers, then any injured body will be made better.God Bless you Will, your staff and your Future Patients. I miss our laughs already ! Here’s to hoping these arms don’t need PT ever again !“

There are only 3 therapists, which keeps the facility from being crowded. The therapist I had - Melissa - was knowledgeable and effective, and she listened carefully to me and devised a therapy program that resolved my issues. From what I could observe, the other 2 therapists were equally outstanding.“

“One of my wife's doctors, Dr Richard Becker, has his office in this building. The Metro Professional Building is conveniently located. We accessed it from IH 35 turning on to McCullough. It is easy to drop off a patient/passenger at entryway. Reserved & wheel chair accessible parking is abundant directly in front of entrance. Since i am neither handicapped or special privileged parked across street on Ogden. Thought my one hour stay in parking lot was high over $3.00. Many professionals have their offices here. Inside is a pharmacy with a beautiful gift shop. There is also a snack bar on the ground floor.“
