“Pain is real! Don't put a sign labeled HEAL in the background but then undermine a patient's level of pain. You either believe in your process (treatment plan) or you are wasting everyone's time. I initially liked the clinic and the Christian music. However, I don't deal with unprofessionalism and incompetence. The tall thin blonde woman (not Lexi) needs to be coached on how to deal with medial patients and to listen to the patients. We choose where we get care and if it's not working, we will leave. God is with us!! NOTE: Please remove that nasty cockroach from your overhead light.
UPDATE. Changed rating to a 5 Star. 1. The owner took responsibility without blaming the customer. 2. God healed me knee and the staff did show me exercises that assisted with the healing process.“
