They have to dig out the old pipe from the meter to the point just outside the garage and replaced the outdated income water pipes with a 10 feet PEX water supply, new main shut off valve, Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) with valve covers, 10 feet of PEX pipe and expansion tank at the water heater.
