I have to give 5 stars to Sydnee. I am a first time client of hers and now will be her client permanently. She did an amazing job on my hair. Before she started we talked about what I would like to have done and I showed her pictures of hairstyles and colors that I liked. She listened to what I said then she gave me her suggestions. We decided on touching up my roots then adding highlights finished with a haircut and style. She even showed me tips on how to style it. I’m in love with my hair. If I could give her 6 Stars I would. I am pretty low maintenance with my hair. However, I have constantly been ignored by stylists when making requests. I have never returned to the same stylist. Sydnee booked my first appointment & free 30 min consultation. She listens to my hair goals & my drama. ? I started going here over a year ago. After my first appointment I knew I would never go to another hair salon. I chose this place, because of the amazing backstory on their website. I was traveling through the area and needed a color/root touchup and Judy's Loft uses the same wonderful Framesi hair dye as my home salon. What a great experience I had! Judy and her staff created such a warm, welcoming and professional atmosphere in the salon. My hair color was perfect and Judy gave me a fabulous blowout, lots of soft curls in my naturally staight hair. If I return to San Antonio I will definitly visit Judy's Loft.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
