“JW Roofing and Remodeling is fantastic! Roxanne Derby, the executive administrator, for the company oversaw the entire operation. Her attention to detail is outstanding, making sure all the workers that came to the house, did just what they were supposed to do and didn’t cut any corners. I needed a new roof because of hail damage. The Roxanne came in with her team and assessed the damage and all the detail work that would be needed to accomplish the work and wrote up the estimate and sent it to my insurance company. The first adjuster my insurance company sent out made kind of a low ball estimate, ignoring all the extra work that would be needed to do the roof replacement and repairs correctly. Roxanne worked with my insurance company to cover all the costs needed to have the work completed as it should be. The result was that the final bill paid by the insurance company was about 40% higher than what the low ball estimate was from the first adjuster. It took quite a bit of going back and forth with the insurance company, but the executive administrator was involved every day to insure that the insurance company paid for everything. “We had significant plumbing work that needed to be done, including a shower that was leaking at the shower pan. After working with the plumbers recommended shower/tile person, we got fed up with waiting and getting the runaround. In addition, he wanted to rip out the entire shower and charge a significant amount of money to do it.

We reached out to Howell Enterprises and Trevor was able to give us every option that we had to fix the shower. We decided to get just the bottom part ripped out and retiled. Trevor got us an estimate quickly which we accepted.

After that, Trevor had the shower and tile guys out quickly. They were able to complete the job within a few days. It would have actually been even faster but they needed to leak test the shower pan and needed time for things to set.

The finished product was better than we could have anticipated and we're very happy with the work! Trevor was on the ball the entire way and made sure the project was completed. He showed a high standard for the quality of the work and a keen eye for what was possible and what needed to happen.

We will definitely be using Howell Enterprises for future work! We have plans to update another bathroom in the future and rest assured, we'll be contacting Trevor and Howell Enterprises as soon as we're ready to start!“

Found the leak quickly. Determined what needed to be done. Performed initial cleanup n began drying process in bathroom and garage.

IM Home Solutions fit the columns near exactly to the porch, adjusted the trim, and also repaired part of the trim near one of my windows. Came out beautiful!
