My 3 dogs love this place. They have a lot of room to play and the cottage has plenty of room for the 3 of them. The staff is wonderful. I won't board them any other place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Nice place, but the owners are delusional regarding charging. They charge you for the day you check in AND the day you check out!I dropped my dog off at 4 pm Sunday and picked her up at about 1pm Wednesday. Three nights, and less than 36 hours. Yet I was charged for 4 days.When I questioned this, I was ghosted for 2 days, and then (only after I followed up) did the owners text me that "they were sorry I don't understand their charging policy." That is RICH!Has anyone EVER been charged for boarding or even a hotel for the day checking IN and OUT??? Not even rental car companies do that. How is three nights and less than 36 hours EVER billed as four days??? And this place is super expensive anyway, at $55/night. Oops, sorry, DAY OR PART OF DAY.When I explained that I'd contest the charge on my card and write negative reviews, I was threatened with legal action. And they added the Texas condescending "God bless you."Gold doesn't bless rude criminals! Southern Charm my arse!

Cleanest kennels smells fresh dogs are treated with respect and care very safe environment for my pet would recommend it to anyone who needs a safe place for their pet while they enjoy their special time with their family rates are very well priced ( rooms that makes your put feel like home)

LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! OWNER is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME and SO UNDERSTANDING! STAFF is FRIENDLY and take such GREAT CARE of the fur babies! It is CLEAN and MAINTAINED BEAUTIFULLY! Each pet has their own ROOM, TODDLER BED, and ELEVATED BEDS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. Each room has a different theme which is the cutest! Absolutely love this setup. They can even have SOCIAL TIME and play with other fur babies. They get to stay inside in the AC or outside their choice. We have babies that can't be outside or in the heat for long periods of time so this takes the stress away from us worrying about them. The staff play and love on them and try to make them comfortable during their stay. I can't express enough how awesome this place is! It is a MUST if you are needing to get away and make sure your FUR BABIES ARE SAFE and NOT STRESSED.

Only giving 1star because I can't pick zero. The owner is a totally scamming customers!! On the website the fee says per night stay. My dogs stayed 2 nights and we were charged a 3rd day was only given a certain time to pick up my pets. So no matter what your pick up time is you will be charged an extra day. When questioned about the and showed them the wording on their website she said she will just change the website but refused to adjust the fee as advertised. She was extremely rude and said apparently this isn't a good fit for her service.

I could not express more gratitude or thanks for how well Southern Charm K-9 Cottages took care of my pup Bo. It was his first time being kenneled, and I was nervous on how he would adjust outside of his comfort zone. They did so well with him and he's even changed some bad behaviors of barking at other dogs because he was able to be around other pups in kennels without having to fully interact with them. I will be using this place on my next trip away!

My 2 dogs stayed in the beach house for 6 nights. My dogs did great. The owner was so sweet and accommodating. She sent pictures and videos for me. I have never boarded my dogs before. I will definitely recommend Southern Charm. I will use them again in the future.

K-9 Cottages was amazing, I did not want to leave her but their team took great care of her. Magey was playing and happy when I picked her up. Thanks K-9 Cottages, Magey will come visit again soon.
