The process worked just as discussed and the three month delay has been worth it. Togmday is day one on Fibre and it's amazing. I'll be sending the Viasat dish back next week. LOLI wanted the 1GB plan but they are still working out the bugs in my area. So I chose to downgrade to the 500Mbps plan. The only thing I don't like with this plan is the cost. But I wasn't willing to pay the extra money and not get the intended speeds. So I'll wait until they workout the bugs.Anyway, the techs were all phenomenal! I'm satisfied with their professionalism, knowledge, and the service. Thank you Team GVEC!
I responded to a mailer to get internet service. It was easy peasy from start to finish. I made the call. They were quick and efficient from placing the order for service to coming out and running the sky wire to setting up the service in my home. Very friendly and professional all the way.
Seguin GVEC Internet Group installed my mom’s internet service and did a very good job. They disconnected the current service (GVEC Internet was less expensive) and removed the old equipment which was a huge help to me & my husband. They installed their equipment and had it “up & running” in no time. They were both very professional, friendly, & cleaned up the work area before they left.My husband & I have GVEC Internet at our home also and are very pleased with the service. Recommend GVEC Internet to anyone who is contemplating having it installed.
