Great experience, I was a walk in, and didn't have to Wait even though they were very busy. The prices were also great. Also love the fact that you earn points so you can get $5 or $10 off when you hit so many points and they keep all this computerized with your phone number and your name. And the shop was beautiful lots of Lights very clean very nice.
If you ask me “what keeps bringing you back to Fancy Nail & Spa?” I would have to say the people. Their customer service is amazing and they never fail to make you feel loved and like your a part of the Fancy Family. Most times when i come to Fancy i never know what I'm gonna get quality wise but the customer service out weighs everything therefore Fancy will do it for me everytime!
I enjoy going to fancy nails for a quick pedicure, in my opinion they have surely stepped up the service since the last time I went in 2019-2020.
Amy (I believe) is very sweet and takes her time. I also really appreciate the fact that they keep their gloves on for the duration of the pedicure.
