“10-15 years ago I had a bad experience here so I avoided going back until now. Its a whole new place now with Wonder Twins Lei and Trish! Greeted within my first few steps into the Center by Trish every time I went. Lei and Trish are eager to help and you can tell they love what they do and are very knowledgeable. By the time you leave they are more like friends who care about your well being than a tech you would be stuck with anywhere else. I feel very fortunate, more comfortable, and definitely more informed having these 2 assist me. Heck, even when I was content with the way my glasses sat on my nose, Trish wasn't and insisted on making sure they were perfectly centered. These 2 took the time to make my experience less stressful and didn't act rushed or like they wanted to be somewhere else. They were focused on me. Apparently they have a Manager who is so wonderful she should be wearing a cape. They spoke highly of her guidance and leadership explaining the miraculous changes since that long time ago. Very refreshing to not have to listen to the complaining of an employee but to their pride in their employment. I 100% recommend that anybody needing eyewear visit the Walmart Vision Center #901 in Seguin and ask for Leizl or Trish!“
